Context and challenge
In fashion, each order connects customers, products, styles, sizes, colours and seasons. This project was built around VOLPE1943’s sales and production activities.
Bring that information into one workspace and make the journey from order to production easier to follow.
The solution
The application brings together the catalogue, orders and operational views. Records connect fashion-specific product details, while dedicated views cover production, availability and reports. Features are organised around tasks and roles.
What it includes
- Customer and order management, with line items organised by colour and size.
- A catalogue of products, styles, fabrics and variants.
- Views for production, availability and material requirements.
- Sales reports, documents and commission views for authorised roles.
Designing the interface
Interface work focused on order cards, ordered size options, grouped colours and form fields that fit smaller screens. The aim is to make dense information readable without fragmenting the task.
Private business software. The application link leads to the sign-in area for authorised users.
